Do I need to Book Online?
We highly recommend booking online in advance, especially during weekends, school holidays and busy periods.
The Big Goose operates with limited daily capacity and once tickets are sold out, no additional tickets will be available for that day. While tickets can still be purchased at the gate, this is only possible if sessions have not already sold out online prior to your arrival.
What time should we arrive at The Big Goose?
The Big Goose opens at 10:00am, with last entry to the park at 3:00pm.
Most families spend 4 hours or more exploring The Big Goose, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time to enjoy everything the park has to offer. Our tractor ride usually begins from 11:30am, with the first show starting at 11:00am and the final show at 2:30pm.
Please note there are no discounts for late entry, with final entry to the park at 3:00pm.
Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Absolutely! We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. Please note that cash out is not available onsite.
Do you offer a family ticket?
Yes! We offer family tickets for 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children. Additional children can also be added to a family ticket at a discounted rate. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or at the farm gate.
Can I book a birthday party at The Big Goose?
Absolutely! The Big Goose is the perfect place to celebrate birthdays with farm animals, outdoor adventures, playground fun and unforgettable memories with family and friends.
We offer a range of birthday party packages designed to make your child’s special day easy, exciting and stress free. From animal encounters and tractor rides to mini golf and wide open spaces to explore, there’s plenty to keep little party guests entertained all day long.

Is The Big Goose pram friendly?
Yes! A large majority of The Big Goose is pram friendly, with wide flat pathways, undercover barn areas and many easily accessible outdoor spaces throughout the farm.

Can I drop my children off and pick them up later?
No.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 years or older at all times while visiting The Big Goose. As a large outdoor adventure farm with animals, playgrounds, tractor rides and interactive experiences, active adult supervision is required to help keep all guests safe while everyone enjoys their day out.
Can I buy food at The Big Goose?
Absolutely! Our Rotunda Café serves a delicious range of meals, including burgers, salads, hot food, kids’ favourites, snacks, barista-made coffee, cold drinks and ice creams, making it the perfect place to refuel during your visit.
Whether you’re after a quick bite, a hearty lunch or a coffee while the kids continue their adventure, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy.

Can I bring a picnic?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring your own picnic lunch and enjoy it around the farm with family and friends. We have plenty of picnic tables and seating areas located throughout the park for guests to use during their visit.
Please note that The Big Goose is an alcohol-free and BBQ-free venue. For the comfort and safety of all guests, personal tables, chairs and pop-up tents are not permitted inside the park, especially during busy periods. Picnic blankets are welcome and a great option for relaxing outdoors while the kids explore and play.
Can I bring balloons to The Big Goose?
No. For the safety and wellbeing of our animals, balloons, confetti and noise makers including party blowers, horns and whistles are not permitted inside The Big Goose under any circumstances.
These items can be harmful or distressing to our animals and may create safety issues around the farm. Guests arriving with prohibited items will be asked to leave them safely in their vehicle before entering the park.
Do you have BBQ facilities at The Big Goose?
No. Due to fire safety regulations, The Big Goose does not have BBQ facilities and guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQs into the park.
We do, however, have plenty of picnic areas, seating and shady spots throughout the farm for families to relax and enjoy their visit together.
Can I bring my camera, phone, GoPro or drone to The Big Goose?
Absolutely! We love seeing families share their adventures at The Big Goose. Feel free to snap photos, film videos and capture all the fun throughout your visit. Don’t forget to tag us on social media so we can see your farmyard adventures!
Phones, cameras and GoPros are welcome throughout the park, however we ask that all devices are used safely and respectfully around animals, guests and attractions.
For the safety and privacy of other guests, drones are not permitted anywhere within The Big Goose. Guests arriving with drones will be asked to leave them securely in their vehicle during their visit.
Is The Big Goose wheelchair accessible?
Yes. A large majority of The Big Goose is accessible for all guests, with wide flat areas, undercover spaces throughout our main barns and animal barns, plus many easily accessible outdoor areas. We also have disabled parking available onsite, along with accessible toilet facilities.

Can I bring my dog to The Big Goose?
No. For the safety and wellbeing of our animals, guests and your pets, dogs are not permitted at The Big Goose.
As a working adventure farm with free-roaming animals, interactive encounters and busy family areas, unfamiliar animals can become stressed or unpredictable around pets. To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we ask that dogs remain at home during your visit.
If you require a registered service animal, please contact our friendly team prior to your visit so we can discuss the best way to assist you.
Is smoking permitted at The Big Goose?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside The Big Goose adventure farm.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, animals and staff, a designated smoking area is located in the main car park. Guests found smoking inside the park may be asked to leave the venue.
Is Alcohol allowed at The Big Goose?
No. The Big Goose has a strict no alcohol policy to help ensure a safe, family-friendly environment for all guests visiting the farm.
Alcohol is not permitted anywhere within the park and guests may be asked to remove any prohibited items before entering.
